How to Return
- Contact us to request a return authorization
- We'll provide you with a free return shipping label (via Zendrop)
- Pack the item securely and ship to our return center
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all approved returns. You are responsible for delivering the package to the carrier.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
